1. Petitioner herein, working on the post of Sub Inspector, inter

alia seeks a direction commanding the respondents to relieve him

from the post of Sub Inspector to join on the post of RAS

(Rajasthan Tehsildar Service) without insisting on payment of

refund of training expenses / salary.

2. Both the learned counsels are ad idem that the controversy

herein is no more res integra as the same has been effectively

adjudicated by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide judgment

rendered in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 12565/2020 (Avinash

Gajna Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.)

[2025:RJ-JD:15259] (2 of 2) [CW-9523/2024]

2. On a specific Court query, learned counsel for the respondent

has no objection if the present writ petition is disposed of in terms

of the aforesaid judgment.

3. In view of the aforesaid consensus between the counsels the

writ petition is disposed of in same terms as the judgment in

Avinash Gajna, ibid.

4. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
