1. Learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that the

controversy involved in the present case is squarely covered by a

judgment dated 05.07.2023 passed by Co-ordinate Bench of this

Court at Jaipur in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.1509/2023 (Creative

Industries Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.).

2. For the self same reasons, the present writ petition is also

disposed of in terms of the judgment rendered by Co-ordinate

[2025:RJ-JD:12741] (2 of 2) [CW-5709/2024]

Bench of this Court at Jaipur in the case of Creative Industries

(Supra).

3. Stay petition and other pending application(s), if any, shall

stand disposed of accordingly.
