Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The present writ petition has been filed with the following

prayers:-

"1. By appropriate writ order or direction in the nature thereof, the respondents be directed that while engaging the Guest Faculty in the upcoming sessions in various

[2025:RJ-JD:29053] (2 of 3) [CW-12518/2025]

colleges/universities under the Raj-CES under Vidya Sambal Scheme, preference shall be given to the petitioners who have already rendered services as Guest Faculty in this scheme in the previous sessions/years, at previous place of posting or nearby place obviously subject to availability of vacancies in the previous college/ university or nearby place.

2. by an appropriate writ order or direction in the nature thereof, the respondents be directed that petitioners who have been engaged as Guest Faculty in the previous sessions shall not be dislodged/replaced from its previous place with fresh appointment of Guest Faculty

3. By an appropriate writ order or direction in the nature thereof, the respondents be directed to continue the petitioners Guest Faculty under the Vidya Sambal Yojna."

However, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the

petitioners will be satisfied if a liberty is granted to them to file an

appropriate representation before the respondent-authorities for

redressal of their grievances and the respondents may be directed

to decide the same in accordance with law while keeping in mind

the judgments rendered by this Court as well as circulars issued

by the respondents.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that in case

such representation is filed, the same shall be considered and

decided by keeping in mind the circulars dated 17.11.2021,

26.07.2024, 18.03.2025, 20.03.2025 & 28.04.2025 issued by the

respondents expeditiously.

In view of the submissions made before this Court, the

present writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioners

to file an appropriate representation before the respondents for

redressal of his grievances and in case such representation is filed,

the respondents are directed to decide the same while keeping in

mind the judgments rendered by this Court as well as circulars

issued by the respondents at the earliest preferably within a

period of four weeks from the date of receipt of such

representation, strictly in accordance with law.
