1. The present application has been filed seeking modification/
correction of the order dated 17.01.2025, passed by this Court in
S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.21388/2024, stating inter-alia that the
matter was covered by a judgment of a Coordinate Bench of this
Court, rendered in the case of Soniya Bhagora Vs. State of
Rajasthan & Ors. : S.B. Civil Writ Petition NO.15657/2024,
decided on 01.10.2024, but inadvertantly, the writ petition was
disposed of in terms of judgment rendered in the case of
[2025:RJ-JD:4434] (2 of 2) [WMAP-21/2025]
Bhagwan Puri Goswami Vs. State of Rajasthan & ORs. : S.B.
Civil Writ Petition No.10537/2024, decided on 02.09.2024.
2. For the reasons stated in the application, the same is
allowed. The order dated 17.01.2025 may now be read as under:-
"1. Both the learned counsels are ad idem that the
controversy herein is no more res integra as the same
has been effectively adjudicated by a Coordinate
Bench of this Court vide judgment rendered in Soniya
Bhagora Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. : S.B. Civil
Writ Petition NO.15657/2024, decided on
01.10.2024.
2. On a specific Court query, learned counsel for the
respondent has no objection if the present writ petition
is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid judgment.
3. In view of the aforesaid consensus between the
counsels, the instant petition is disposed of in same
terms as the judgment in Soniya Bhagorai, ibid.
4. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand
disposed of. "
