1. Mr. Saluja, learned counsel for the petitioners fairly submits

that the order under consideration dated 18.01.2024 passed by

co-ordinate Bench in petitioner's writ petition being S.B. Civil Writ

Petition No.8301/2023 was passed relying upon judgment in the

case of Vasudev Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. : S.B. Civil Writ

[2025:RJ-JD:1745] (7 of 7) [WCP-979/2024]

Petition No.15470/2022 which has been reversed by the Division

Bench.

2. In view of the aforesaid, this Court is not inclined to

entertain the present contempt petition.

3. The present contempt petition is dismissed with a liberty to

the petitioners to file a fresh contempt petition, in case occasion
