1. Both the learned counsels are ad idem that the controversy
herein is no more res integra as the same has been effectively
adjudicated by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide judgment
rendered in Kanhiya Lal Nai vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. :
S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.6469/2020, decided on 30.09.2022.
2. On a specific Court query, learned counsel for the respondent
has no objection if the present writ petition is disposed of in terms
of the aforesaid judgment.
3. In view of the aforesaid consensus between the counsels, the
instant petition is disposed of in same terms as the judgment in
Kanhiya Lal Nai, ibid.
