1. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the
controversy involved in the present writ petition is squarely
covered by the judgment dated 09.11.2023 passed by this Court
in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.17901/2023 : Jassa Ram
Choudhary & Ors. Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.
2. In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition is disposed
of with a direction to the petitioner to file a representation before
the competent authority of the respondents along with a certified
copy of the order instant and a web-copy of the judgment in the
[2025:RJ-JD:10696] (4 of 4) [CW-4503/2025]
case of Jassa Ram Choudhary (supra) within a period of two
weeks from today.
3. In case, representation is so addressed within the aforesaid
period, the competent authority of the respondents shall consider
and decide the same in accordance with law, including the law laid
down in the case of Jassa Ram Choudhary (supra) as early as
possible preferably within a period of eight weeks of receiving the
representation.
4. It is made clear that aforesaid direction to decide the
representation has been issued only with a view to ensure
expeditious redressal of petitioners' grievance. The same may not
be construed to be an order to decide the representation in a
particular manner.
5. The stay application also stands disposed of accordingly.
