27.01.2025 in which it has been mentioned that "offence is of a

civil nature". The said report is hereby taken on record.

In view of the above, the present criminal misc. petition is

dismissed as having become infructuous. Stay application also

stands decided.

However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file afresh

petition before this Court if any necessity arises.
