1. The instant writ petition has been preferred against the order

dated 24.03.2022, passed by the Rajasthan Civil Services

Appellate Tribunal, Circuit Bench, Jodhpur in Appeal No.489/2016

(Bala Ram Kumhar Vs. Director, Secondary Education, Rajasthan &

Ors.).

2. The controversy involved in this case has been settled by the

Hon'ble Supreme Court in catena of judgments rendered in State

of Rajasthan & Ors. Vs. Jagdish Narain Chaturvedi (Civil

Appeal No.3620/2009) decided on 08.05.2009 and State of

Rajasthan & Anr. Vs. Surendra Mohnot & Ors. (Civil Appeal

No.5860-5861/2014) decided on 30.06.2014 as well as by the

Division Bench of this Court at Jaipur Bench in the case of State

[2025:RJ-JD:9630] (2 of 2) [CW-5157/2023]

of Rajasthan & Ors. Vs. Chandra Ram (D.B. Special Appeal

Writ No.589/2015) along with connected matters decided on

07.07.2017 and a Coordinate Bench of this Court in the case of

Madan Lal Vs. State of Rahasthan & Ors. (S.B. Civil Writ

Petition No.3593/2016) decided on 14.08.2019.

3. Thus, the present writ petition is dismissed in light of the

above referred judgments.

4. The stay application also stands dismissed, accordingly.
