1. Matters herein pertain to vires of transfer orders on the post

of Patwari, are absolutely similar as was the case in Rajpal Singh

Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.: S.B. Civil Writ Petition

No.544/2021, decided on 18.03.2021 by a Coordinate Bench of

this Court. Said judgment was subsequently followed in catena of

cases including S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.1618/2025, (Sonu Vs.

State of Rajasthan & Ors.) decided on 27.01.2025 by this very

bench. Accordingly, the present petitions are also disposed of in

terms of judgment, ibid. For detailed reasons / discussion, see

order / judgment dated 27.01.2025 passed therein.

2. In the premise, impugned orders qua the petitioners are

quashed with liberty to pass fresh orders in accordance with law.

3. All pending applications are disposed of accordingly.
