1. Learned counsel for the applicant-appellant submits that the

only modification which he seeks in paragraph No.6 of the

judgment dated 18.07.2024 is that the amount to be deposited by

the appellant-husband as by mode of Demand Draft of

Rs.27,00,000/- be permitted to be paid through RTGS/bank

transfer mode.

2. Mr. Nitin Trivedi, learned counsel for the respondent does not

have any objection.

3. Accordingly, the application is allowed. In addition to the

mode of Demand Draft, the petitioner shall be at liberty to pay the

said amount through RTGS/bank transfer mode within a period of

15 days from today.
