1. Heard the parties.

2. Respondent Nos.2 to 4 faced trial in Regular Criminal Case

No.1290/2012. The trial resulted in conviction vide judgment

dated 13.04.2016 for offences under Sections 420, 120-B and 471

I.P.C.

3. Appellant-complainant filed Criminal Appeal No.32/2016 for

enhancement of sentence as well as conviction for offence under

Sections 467 and 468 IPC as well, which was dismissed.

4. Respondent Nos.2 to 4 filed Criminal Appeal Nos.62/2016

and 71/2016 against conviction. Their appeal was allowed and

conviction for offence under Sections 420, 120-B and 471 I.P.C.

was set aside.

5. Appellant has filed this appeal under Section 372 Cr.P.C.

against the judgment of learned Appellate Court, which is not

maintainable. Likewise, acquittal recorded by the learned

Appellate Court cannot be challenged in an appeal before this

Court.

6. Hence, the instant Criminal appeal stands dismissed as not

maintainable.

7. Appellant would be at liberty to file appropriate application

before appropriate Court according to law.
