09/10/2024
1. The application has been filed seeking
correction/modification in the order dated 07.10.2024 passed by
this Court in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.15023/2024.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioners/applicants submits that
due to an inadvertent error, in Para Nos.1 & 3, the Co-ordinate
Bench of this Court has wrongly been mentioned as 'Jaipur',
whereas, it should have been 'Jodhpur'.
3. In view of the submissions made above and for the reasons
stated in the application, the same is allowed. Para No.1 & 3 of the
order dated 07.10.2024 be now read as under:

"1. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that
the controversy involved in the present case is
squarely covered by a judgment rendered by Co-
ordinate Bench of this Court at Jodhpur in S.B. Civil
Writ Petition No.3873/2019 : Amar Singh vs.
State of Rajasthan & Ors. decided on 20.12.2023.
3. In view of the submissions made before this
Court, the present writ petition is disposed of in terms
of the judgment passed by Co-ordinate Bench of this
Court at Jodhpur in the case of Amar Singh (supra)."
