issue involved herein is no more res integra and stands resolved

by a Division Bench judgment of this Court dated 24.04.2020

passed in the case of The State of Rajasthan & Ors. Vs. Zaiba

& Ors.: D.B. Spl. Appl. Writ No.252/2019, whereby, identical

writ petition has been dismissed. They, therefore, pray for

dismissal of the instant writ petition in terms thereof.

Accordingly, this writ petition is also dismissed. Pending

application(s), if any, also stands disposed of.
