      On last date, i.e., 24.09.2024, following order was passed:-


                     "This writ petition is filed for payment
            of retiral dues.
                     Inviting attention of this Court towards
            the contents of the reply filed by them,
            learned counsel for the respondents submits
            that the petitioner has been paid all his
            retiral dues and this writ petition is rendered
            infructuous.
                     None for the petitioner even in second
            round to rebut the aforesaid statement.

                                                However, in the interest of justice, he is
                                                granted one more opportunity to do so.

In view thereof, taking into consideration the contentions

advanced by the learned counsel for the respondents on

24.09.2024, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
