Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted the status report

dated 15.01.2024 furnished by the Station House Officer, Police

Station Nawalgarh, District Jhunjhunu which reflects that after

investigation, finding the allegations to be of civil nature, the

Negative Final Report No.176/2023 is proposed to be submitted in

the jurisdictional Magistrate Court.

Learned Public Prosecutor submits that the conclusion of the

investigation shall be submitted in the jurisdiction Magistrate

Court within a week from today.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in view

thereof, this criminal miscellaneous petition is rendered

infructuous.
