1. The matter comes upon an application filed under Section

482 of the Cr.P.C. seeking modification in the order dated

05.10.2023 passed by this Court in Criminal Misc. Bail

Application No.12361/2023, whereby the names of counsels

for the petitioner have been mentioned as Mr. Sikander Khan

and Mr. Arvind Bhadu in the attendance marked on the first

page of the order, however, the arguing counsel for the

petitioner in the present case is Mr. Arvind Bhadu only,

hence, it is prayed that necessary correction may be made in

the order.

3. Having gone through the impugned judgment as well as

considering the submission made by the counsel for the

petitioner, it is found that now, Mr. Arvind Bhadu is the

arguing counsel retained by the petitioner and thus, the

name of the other counsel need not appear in the impugned

order.

4. Accordingly, the name of "Mr. Sikander Khan" be removed

from the attendance marked on the first page of the order

dated 05.10.2023 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application

No.12361/2023 and the attendance of only "Mr. Arvind

Bhadu" be marked as counsel appearing for the petitioner.

This order shall be treated as part and parcel of the order

dated 05.10.2023 passed in S.B. Criminal Misc. Bail Applica-

tion No.12361/2023.
