Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

controversy involved in the present case is squarely covered by a

judgment of this Court rendered in S.B. Civil Writ Petition

No.13818/2022, Dhanraj Chouhan vs. The State of

Rajasthan & Ors., decided on 10.07.2023.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, instead of pressing the

present writ petition on merit, seeks liberty to file representation

to the respondents for redressal of petitioner's grievances in light

of judgment rendered by this Court in Dhanraj Chouhan (supra).

In view of the submission made, the present writ petition is

disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate

representation to the respondents for redressal of his grievances.

In case, such representation is filed, the same shall be considered

by the respondents keeping in mind the law laid down by this

Court in case of Dhanraj Chouhan vs. The State of Rajasthan

& Ors. (S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.13818/2022) strictly in

accordance with law.

The stay application and other pending applications, if any

also stand disposed of.
