For the reasons stated in the application No.1/2023 filed
under Order 22 Rule 3 CPC for taking on record the legal
representatives of deceased-petitioner, Smt. Kamla Devi, the
same is allowed. The legal representatives of deceased-petitioner
are taken on record. The amended cause title appended with the
application is also taken on record.
On last date, i.e., 12.10.2023, following order was passed:
"Learned counsel for the respondents has submitted a copy of the letter dated 31.08.2023 issued by the Divisional Chief Medical Officer, Laxmangarh, Alwar for perusal of this Court.
Inviting attention of this Court towards the aforesaid letter, learned counsel submitted that in compliance of order dated 27.02.2018, the petitioner has been paid her arrears.
None for the petitioner even in the second round.
However, in the interest of justice, the petitioner is granted one more opportunity to rebut the aforesaid statement.
List the matter on 16.10.2023 as "ninth case" in the cause list as prayed."
Today also, none appears for the petitioner even in second
round.
In view thereof, taking into consideration the contentions
advanced by the learned counsel for the respondents on
12.10.2023, this contempt petition is dismissed.
Notices are discharged.
