Learned counsel for the respondents submits that a Division

Bench of this Court has, vide order dated 04.05.2023 passed in

[2023:RJ-JP:29212] (2 of 2) [CCP-378/2023]

D.B. Civil Special Appeal (Writ) No.78/2023: State of Rajasthan &

Ors. Vs. Kamli has stayed the effect and operation of the order

dated 27.01.2023 passed by this Court, contempt whereof is

alleged. He, therefore, prays for dismissal of the contempt

petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she has no

instructions.

Taking into consideration the contentions advanced by the

learned counsel for the respondents, this contempt petition is

dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to get it revived if the need

so arises.

Notices are discharged.
