the Division Bench of this Court in D.B. Civil Writ Petition

No.16677/2022, The Joint Commissioner Kendriya

Vidhalaya Sangathan & Anr. Vs. Miss Vijay Laxmi Sharma

and other connected petitions, wherein similar petitions, as

preferred in the present case, stand dismissed.

2. In the light of the above, the present writ petition is also

dismissed in same terms. Pending application, if any, stands

disposed of.
