Counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the issue

involved in the present writ petition is no more res integra

because the Hon'ble Supreme Court in case of "The State of

Rajasthan and Ors. Vs. Sharwan Kumar Kumawat etc. Etc."

(Civil Appeal Nos.1162-1171 of 2016) decided on 01.08.2023

[2023:RJ-JP:28814] (2 of 2) [CW-289/2020]

with other connected matters have decided against the petitioner

and allowed the appeal of the State of Rajasthan and rejected the

claim of the petitioner.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is dismissed.

Since the main petition has been dismissed, all other

pending application/s, if any, also stand dismissed.
