This contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful

disobedience of the order dated 05.04.2019 whereby, the

[2023:RJ-JP:28935] (2 of 2) [CCP-398/2022]

respondents were restrained from taking any coercive action

against the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that they will

withdraw all the notices, if any, issued inadvertently for recovery

against the petitioner. He, submits that no recovery shall be

effected against the petitioner during subsistence of the interim

order passed by this Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for disposal of the

contempt petition in the aforesaid terms.

Ordered accordingly.

The notices are discharged.
