"Learned counsels for the respondents submit that despite issuance of notices to them, the petitioner did not turn up to settle the issue.

None for the petitioner even in the second round.

However, in the interest of justice, the petitioner is granted one more opportunity to present his case.

List the matter on 11.10.2023 as "fifteenth case" in the cause list as prayed."

Today also, none appears for the appellant.

In view thereof, taking into consideration the statement

made by the learned counsels for the respondents on 06.10.2023,

this contempt petition is dismissed.

The notices are discharged.
