This PIL petition has been filed by the petitioner against the

order dated 15.09.2023 passed by the Registrar General of the

High Court in the matter of establishing procedure with regard to

affording opportunity of hearing to the victim in view of an order

passed by this Court.

As the order has been issued in compliance of an order

passed by this Court on 08.08.2023 in S.B. Criminal Misc. Bail

Application No. 9490/2023 (Netoo Singh @ Nitu Singh Versus

State) and further that in view of conflict of view on account of

another order dated 27.09.2023 passed in S.B. Criminal Misc. Bail

Application No. 11910/2023 (Pooja Gurjar & Others Versus State

[2023:RJ-JP:28495-DB] (2 of 2) [CW-16197/2023]

of Rajasthan) and that the matter has been placed before the

Hon'ble Chief Justice for constitution of appropriate Bench for

authorative pronouncement on the question formulated above, we

are not inclined to take up the matter in the form of PIL.

Accordingly, this PIL petition is dismissed.
