This contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful

disobedience of the order dated 29.09.2015 passed by this Court

whereby, the respondents were directed to decide the

representation filed by the petitioner vide a reasoned and

speaking order.

Referring to the order dated 21.09.2017 passed by the Chief

Medical and Health Officer, Nagaur, learned counsel for the

respondents submits that in compliance thereof, the

representation filed by the petitioner has been decided vide a

reasoned and speaking order. He, therefore, prays for dismissal of

the contempt petition.

None for the petitioner even in second round.

Taking into consideration the contentions advanced by the

learned counsel for the respondents and the order dated

21.09.2017 passed by the Chief Medical and Health Officer,

Nagaur, this Court is satisfied that there has been substantial

compliance of the order dated 29.09.2015.

In view thereof, this contempt petition is dismissed.

Notices are discharged.
