Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the order

dated 25.09.2020 issued by Baba Vishambhardas Government

Girls College, Hod (Khandela), District Sikar is not being given

effect to by them and no recovery shall be made against the

petitioner in compliance of direction dated 21.08.2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for disposal of the

contempt petition in terms of assurance extended by the learned

counsel for the respondents.
