Learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that the

controversy involved in the present case is squarely covered by a

judgment rendered by this Court in a bunch of writ petitions led

by S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.5666/2022 "Lalit Gehlot &

Ors. Vs. Jai Nayayan Vyas University" and other connected

matters decided on 26.04.2023.

For the self same reasons, the present writ petition is also

allowed in terms of the judgment passed by this Court in Lalit

Gehlot (supra).
