Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. The counsel for the petitioner submits that during the suspension period of the petitioner, his headquarter has been changed from Nagaur to Tonk which is not permissible in view of the judgment passed by this court in the case of Subhash Chandra V/s State of Rajasthan & Ors. : S.B.Civil Writ Petition No.10353/2021 decided on 03.09.2021 Issue notice. Issue notice of the stay application also. The rule issued is made returnable within a period of four weeks.

In the meanwhile and till further orders, change of headquarter of the petitioner from Nagaur to Tonk during his suspension period vide order dated 05.04.2023 shall remain stayed.
