Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

controversy involved in the present case is squarely covered by a

judgment of this Court rendered in S.B. Civil Writ Petition

No.12690/2022 (Hinglaj Dan Charan V/s State of

Rajasthan & Ors.) decided on 20.10.2022.

Learned counsel for the respondents is not in a position to

controvert the fact that the controversy in the present case is

squarely covered by the judgment rendered by this Court on

20.10.2022.

For the reasons mentioned in the judgment dated

20.10.2022 passed in Hinglaj Dan Charan (supra), the present

writ petition is allowed. The order impugned dated 11.05.2022

(Annex.2) qua the petitioner is quashed and set aside. The

respondents are directed to permit the petitioner to continue to

discharge his duties on deputation with the respondent-Panchayati

Raj Department.
