I.A. No. 01/2020:

1. The respondent - Jaipur Vidhyut Vitran Nigam Ltd. has

moved the present application with the prayer that the writ

petition be disposed of in the light of the judgment dated

26.07.2018 passed by the Jaipur Bench of this Court in the case of

Kumud Gauttam vs. Jaipur Vitran Nigam Ltd. (SBCWP No.

14563/2018).

2. Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

3. The petitioner in the writ petition has prayed relaxation in

upper age limit for taking part in the selection process pursuant to

Advertisement (Annexure-3).

4. Mr. Aniket Tater, learned counsel for the respondent, at the

outset submitted that the Jaipur Bench of this Court has already

decided this issue against the petitioner vide its judgment dated

26.07.2018 and therefore, the writ petition is liable to be

dismissed.

5. Mr. Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner is not in a

position to dispute the aforesaid position of facts and law.

6. For the reasons stated, the application is allowed.

7. Following the judgment dated 26.07.2018 rendered in the

case of Kumud Gauttam (supra), the present writ petition is also

dismissed.

8. Stay application also stands dismissed.
