1. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the issue

involved in the instant writ petition is squarely covered by the

judgment dated 04.05.2018 passed in SB Civil Writ Petition

No.132/2014 (Smt. Preeti Mewara Vs. Citi Financial & Ors.).

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners is not in a position to

dispute the same.

3. In light of the judgment dated 04.05.2018 (supra), the

instant writ petition is also dismissed as not maintainable on the

[2023/RJJD/015500] (2 of 2) [CW-11800/2013]

ground of availability of statutory remedy of appeal against the

impugned action. Stay application is also dismissed.

4. All pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.

5. Needless to observe that the petitioners are at liberty to take

recourse of their suitable remedy for ventilating their grievances

before the appropriate forum.
