1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner

would be satisfied if his representation is considered and decided

by the respondents, while keeping into consideration the judgment

rendered by a coordinate Bench of this Hon'ble Court in School

Development Management Committee & Ors. Vs. State of Rajasthan &

Ors. (S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.16367/2021 decided on 04.01.2022).

2. In view of the above, the present writ petition is disposed of

with a direction to the respondents to consider and decide the

representation of the petitioners, while keeping into consideration

the judgment rendered in School Development Management

Committee (supra) by passing a speaking order within a period of 60

days from today, strictly in accordance with law. Stay petition also

stands disposed of.
