1. Heard learned counsel for the appellant and perused the
judgment impugned and the record of the case. The appellant has
a strong arguable case and there appears valid and reasonable
grounds to question the judgment of acquittal.
2. Admit.
3. Since, no one is appearing on behalf of the respondent
despite service, let a bailable warrant be issued against the

accused respondent in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- to secure his
presence before this Court on 10.07.2023.
