      Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks consideration of his

representation while keeping into consideration the judgment

passed by this Hon'ble Court at Jaipur Bench in Mangal Singh

Vs. Secretary, Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan,

Ajmer : S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.965/2017 decided on

17.04.2017.

      In light of such limited submission, the present petition is

disposed of with a direction to the respondents to decide the

representation of the petitioner while keeping into consideration
