1. This court is in receipt of letter dated 05.04.2023 sent by

learned Special Judge, NDPS Case, Bhilwara wherein it is

averred that after judgment in respect of the appellant

Baljeet Singh, two accused Bapu Singh and Kamaljeet Singh

has been apprehended in the matter subsequently and for

the purpose of commencement and culmination of his trial

the original case file is required.

2. Considering the above circumstances, it is deemed

appropriate to direct the Registry to send the original file to

the learned trial court with the stipulation that after

culmination of the trial, record be sent back without

unnecessary delay.
