Having heard learned counsel for the appellant and
the respondent, present in person, as an interim
measure, we direct the respondent to allow the appellant
to visit the minor children of the appellant and the
respondent on 2.4.2023 at her house from 10 AM to 1
PM.
It is made clear that the appellant is not required to
seek consent from the minor children for visiting them on
(2 of 2) [CMA-1829/2022]
2.4.2023 from 10 AM to 1 PM and this arrangement is
only for one day i.e. 2.4.2023.
List on 11.4.2023.
On that day, the appellant as well as the respondent
shall remain present before this Court.
