Perused the material available on record.

After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and

considering the overall facts and circumstances as available on

record, there appears to be reasonable and valid grounds for

granting leave to the applicant appellant to prefer an appeal

against the impugned Judgment of acquittal dated 23.10.2021

passed by learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (NI Act Cases)

No.9, Jodhpur Metropolitan in Criminal Regular Case No.694/2019.

Thus, the leave to appeal application is accepted and

the same shall be registered as an appeal.
