An application has been preferred on behalf of the appellant

for extension of the interim order dated 04.05.2011, in view of the

directions issued in the Apex Court judgment in the case of Asian

Resurfacing of Road Agency Pvt. Ltd. & Ors. Vs. Central

Bureau of Investigation; (2018) 16 SCC 299.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that as per his

information, the appellant has expired.

In view of the said submission, let a definite statement in

writing regarding the death and date of the death of the appellant

be made before this Court.

A week's time is granted to do the needful.
