Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order

dated 06.01.2023 (Annex.10) passed by the respondent-

Corporation is in violation of the judgment passed by this Court in

S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.726/2019 "M/s. J. V. Enterprises Vs.

Indian Oil Corporation & Anr." decided on 30.01.2019.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 17.02.2023.

Issue notice of stay application also.

Meanwhile and till the next date of hearing, effect and

operation of the order dated 06.01.2023 shall remain stayed.
