Petitioner, Mr. Ram Roop Meena is present in person before

the Court.

The Government Counsel appearing for the State is directed

to produce the document along with the additional affidavit signed

by the District Supply Officer, District Dausa in connection of which

the allegation of irregularity has been levelled against the

petitioner, as stated in order dated 29.11.2017.

The additional affidavit should be filed positively by

02.03.2023.

List this matter on 09.03.2023.

It is made clear that on the next date of hearing, the District

Supply Officer shall remain present before the Court along with

the complete record of the matter.
