Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court

to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh

[2023/RJJP/002455] (2 of 2) [CW-2455/2023]

representation before the concerned authority for ventilating of his

grievance along-with the documents which the petitioner could not

enclose in the writ petition and also the pleadings which the

petitioner could not incorporate in the memo of petition.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty

as prayed for.

Since the main petition has been dismissed, the stay

application also stands dismissed.
