Judgment / Order

07/02/2023

We find that by way of writ petition disputed questions of

fact have been raised by the appellant and the learned Single

Judge dismissed the writ petition.

[2023/RJJP/001945] (2 of 2) [SAW-66/2023]

What is essentially under challenge is an order dated

08.12.2021 passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer Nawalgarh in the

matter of opening roads and other arrangements with regard to

passage. That order is amenable to appellable jurisdiction. If the

appellant feels that she is aggrieved by that order, her remedy lies

in filing appeal against that order.

Subject to the aforesaid modification, we are not inclined to

entertain further this appeal.

Accordingly, this appeal is disposed off.
