Learned Public Prosecutor submits that the Original Case

No.164/2015 (56/2014) titled as "State of Rajasthan vs.

Shyam Lal" was finally disposed of on 10.11.2022 wherein, the

present petitioner was acquitted from the charges under Sections

450, 376(1), 341 and 323 of IPC.

A copy of judgment downloaded from NJDG/e-Court portal is

taken on record.

This petition is filed against the order dated 24.11.2020 for

seeking fair trial during the deposition of statement of P.W.14

Tikma Ram.

As the main matter before learned trial Court has finally

been decided. Hence, the petition is dismissed as having rendered

infructuous. The stay application also stands disposed of.
