Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

controversy involved in the present case is squarely covered by

the judgment of this Court in S.B. Civil Writ Petition

No.17586/2018 (Roopwati Deora Vs. State of Rajasthan

andOrs.) decided on 15.12.2021.

For the same reasons, the present writ petition is also

disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file are

representation within a period of two months from the date of

receipt of the certified copy of this order. On filing the

representation, the same will be considered afresh by the

respondent No. 3-the District Collector Cum Magistrate, Sirohi by

passing a speaking order, keeping in mind the relevant judgments

cited in the order dated 15.12.2021 as well as the existing policy

of the State, strictly in accordance with law.

Stay application as well as other pending applications, if any,

stand disposed of.
