This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner/defendant

No.2 seeking a direction for expeditious disposal of the Civil Suit

No.42/2015; Khurshid Khan Vs. Shyam Sunder & Anr., pending in

the Court of learned Civil Judge (South), Ajmer.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the aforesaid

suit filed by the respondent No.1/plaintiff for cancellation of sale

deed is pending consideration for last more than seven years. He

submits that the issues were settled on 26.07.2018; but, plaintiff's

evidence is yet to begin. He, therefore, prays for a direction for its

expeditious disposal.

In view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for

the petitioner, this writ petition is being disposed of in following

terms without issuing notice to respondents.

The Court of learned Civil Judge (South), Ajmer is requested

to expedite disposal of the Civil Suit No.42/2015; Khurshid Khan

Vs. Shyam Sunder & Anr.

The pending application also stands disposed of accordingly.
