1 The petitioner has preferred the present writ petition

claiming the following reliefs :-

"a) By an appropriate writ, order or direction, the respondent may kindly be direct to permit to join back on the post of XEN(O&M) AVVNL Salumber to the petitioner as accordingly in pursuance of judgment rendered in the case of Dr. Bharat Sapra vs State of Rajasthan & ors decided on 16.10.2020 (Annex-7).

b)-By an appropriate writ, order or direction, the order dated 01.11.2023 (Annex-4) may kindly be quashed and set aside.

c)-By an appropriate writ, order or direction, the respondents may kindly be directed to consider the petitioner's pending application vide annex-8 expeditiously.

d) Any other appropriate writ, order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may kindly be passed in favour of the petitioner.

e) Writ petition filed by the petitioners may kindly be allowed with costs."

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner

would be satisfied, if his representation is considered and decided

by the respondents, after passing a speaking order, while keeping

into consideration the order passed by this Court at Jaipur Bench

in Dr. Bharat Sapra Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. (S.B. Civil

Writ Petition No.18308/2019) decided on 16.10.2020.

3. In light of such submission, the present petition is disposed

of with a direction to the respondents to decide the representation

of the petitioner, while keeping into consideration the order passed

by this Court at Jaipur Bench in the case of Dr. Bharat Sapra

(Supra) by passing a speaking order expeditiously, strictly in

accordance with law.

4. All pending applications also stand disposed of.
