1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue

raised in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the

judgment of this Court in Vasudev v. State of Rajasthan & Ors. :

S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.15470/2022 & other connected matters,

decided on 24.08.2023 by a Coordinate Bench of this Court.

2. In the case of Vasudev (supra), a Co-ordinate Bench of this

Court, inter-alia, observed and directed as under :-

"18. In view of the discussions made above, the present writ petitions merit acceptance and the same are allowed. The action of the respondents in changing the promotion years of the petitioners from 2016-17 to subsequent years is quashed and set-aside. The order dated 09.07.2018 (Annex.7) in CWP No.15496/2022 is also quashed qua the petitioners. The petitioners' promotion year for the post of School Lecturer shall be considered as 2016-17 only and the

petitioners will be entitled for all the consequential reliefs treating their promotion year as 2016-2017.

19. The stay application(s) as well as other pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed of."

3. In view of the submissions made, the writ petition filed by

the petitioner is also disposed of in light of and with the similar

directions as given in the case of Vasudev (supra). All pending

applications stand disposed of.
