1. By way of the present writ petition, the petitioner has

challenged the order dated 19.01.2021 whereby the petitioner's

headquarter had been changed from Sirohi to Jodhpur.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the issue

involved in the present matter has already been set at rest by a

Coordinate Bench of this Court vide judgment dated 10.02.2020

rendered in the case of Dinesh Kumar Vs. State of Rajasthan

& Ors.; S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.11067/2021.

3. Mr. Bissa, learned counsel appearing for the respondent-

State is not in a position to dispute the aforesaid position of facts

and law.

4. Following the law laid down in Dinesh Kumar's case (supra),

the present writ petition is allowed.

5. The impugned order dated 19.01.2021, qua the present

petitioner is hereby, quashed.

6. Stay application stands disposed of.
