1. The appeal is directed against the judgment dated

30.07.2018 passed by the Family Court, Merta, whereby on a

petition filed under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955,

the Family Court has dissolved the marriage between the parties.

The appeal has been filed on 02.08.2022 i.e. it is barred by 1480

days.

2. Time was granted on 22.03.2023, 29.05.2023 to remove the

defects inasmuch as even the application under Section 5 of the

Limitation Act seeking condonation of delay has not been filed.

3. On 14.07.2023, on prayer being made, the Co-ordinate

Bench of this Court granted last opportunity to file application for

condonation of delay and remove the defects pointed out by the

office within a period of two weeks.

4. Despite grant of last opportunity, needful has not been done

by the appellant.

5. Today, none is present for the appellant.

6. In view of the above, the appeal is dismissed for non-

prosecution.
